Other: There are multiple cars parked in front of 1397 W Adams Hill Circle that are never moved, some with multiple flat tires. The house is an eyesore with a rusted lawnmower in the side yard and appliances in the driveway often. I don't know which of these things can be cited but the cars in particular are an eyesore and nuisance.
