A Parking Officer just went up there, wrote an abandoned ticket on the one car with a flat. Gave a ticket to the car parked facing traffic. There was a van in the driveway, nothing else. Didn't see any junk around the house.

Hi Mike, reassigning to clarify and for visibility. Vehicles parked in the ROW are outside of Planning's scope as well as items deemed trash. I will be sending this along to Parking Services since the report indicates these are parked in front of the home.
