Other: Previous customers trash/recycle containers are extremely filthy and emits the order that is associated with garbage. I am 77 years of age and cannot easily clean these containers out for my usage - and actually wondering why I should have to use previously used containers by previous customer. As a new customer, I am requesting replacement of containers with clean containers. Please advise.
