Other: Our neighbor has a panel truck that he uses for his business (please see attached photo) that has not moved in months, and that is not an exaggeration. According to Bloomington City Code Section 15.32.070 this vehicle should have been tagged for removal years ago. I have just let it go hoping that he would get the damn thing running again but now he is renting uhauls and using this as storage. During our last big storm snow removal was greatly impeded because the plow had to navigate around the vehicle causing the snow bank to be in the middle of the street(see photo). What prompted me to submit this now is my wife and I witnessed a very close call between two vehicles passing each other from opposite directions on trash day. The car going south was forced to move closer to the middle of the street because of the truck and damn near clipped the north bound car. The streets here in Fritz Terrace are narrow to begin with but when you have a panel truck there constantly.....
