Other: My address is 1005 s Washington. For the last several months when my neighbor has his water on my water main hums (vibrates) until he turns it off. This is the only time it occurs, when he in running water. It doesn’t happen when I run water. It vibrates the floor in my bathroom and is extremely annoying. Yesterday, I went outside and opened the cover on his meter and the meter, inlet, and outlet were all vibrating. I asked him about it and he said it’s extremely loud in his house and at the front of the house is sound like a well pump is running. Could you check out his meter and make sure the water is on all the way or if his meter is bad?
