Nuisance Lights:

Other: Either a new streetlamp was installed or they changed the bulb in this street lamp and the light coming through my black out curtains is obscene. I feel as though my house has a spotlight shining through the windows. Can this be replaced with a different bulb or replaced with a fixture that casts the light downward rather than out?
