Other: Once again, we’d really appreciate a sign or cones to slow traffic here where the large metal plate now covers both lanes of traffic. Jackhammers all day, and cars all night hitting the unmarked plate at top speed in the road, which is in total darkness. The sound may as well be inside our home.
