uReport

City of Bloomington, Indiana

closed: Resolved #210131

Line of Sight:

Other: When leaving the Tapp Rd/B-Line trailhead, there is a large bush that significantly limits the line of sight from the traffic traveling eastbound on Tapp Rd. This bush needs to be completely removed. I filed a uReport last year. This issue will get progressively worse as the growing season picks up. Please resolve at your earliest opportunity. Thank you!

Hi Tim, could you please take a look at this location? The vegetation appears to be adjacent to the B-Line Trail corridor. From an Engineering standpoint, we generally do not pursue line-of-sight concerns related to driveway access (as opposed to intersection sight distance). If this area is maintained by Parks, could your crew take care of the vegetation? If not, please feel free to reassign it back to Engineering and I can follow up accordingly.
