Other: Neighbor just adopted a Great Pyrenees puppy within the last month...she still has not gotten the puppy his shots and now that he is getting bigger she has been yelling at him and has made the comment several times that "He is to much to handle." She barely takes him outside and she smokes drugs and then freaks out and starts screaming at the top of her lungs and slamming doors and banging on walls...she is also mentally ill and very unstable. She left him outside yesterday on his cable and shut her door and didn't watch him and he was barking and whining. A lady that lives close had to go and knock on her door to tell her that she needed to let the dog in. The police are called quite often to her residence because of her disturbing the peace and lots of people traffic coming and going.
