Other: We are the Management company for the Stadium View II property and Stadium View III. The Stadium View II property at 310-330 East 20th Street has multiple vehicles parked in the grass along 20th Street in front of the property daily. Also at Stadium View III, 319 East 20th there are cars almost daily parked partially blocking our west exit for the parking lot. They keep trying to squeeze 2 cars into the space and it will only fit one car. We have delivery trucks and trash trucks delivering to our maintenance shop at this property and it makes it difficult at times to get safely in and out of the lot. Thanks so much!!
