Other: We have had significant flooding at the intersection of 11th St and Blair Ave for many years. The water is high enough to jump the north curb and flood the sidewalk. What I realized in the last storm is that much of the problem stems from insufficient stormwater inlets upstream. In particular, there are no inlets near the intersection of 11th and Orris Dr, so the water simply follows the road and creates excess drainage demand on the inlets at Blair. We could really use an upgrade to the drainage system along 11th Street and its side roads in this area.
