Other: the alley behind this building between rogers and madison that connects 3rd st and 4th street has multiple huge potholes that keep getting worse...they are all big enough that it could easily pop someones tire or someone could get seriously injured if they happened to walk through one in the evening. this is a high traffic are due to the i-fell building shops and the office spaces.
