Sewer Problems (Storm Sewers):

Other: The storm drain here routinely clogs with leaves and floods this corner of the street. Me or neighbors have to unclog it constantly. Sometimes 3-4 times on a rainy day. Is there some engineering fix for this? A larger grate or different grate design perhaps? I fear one day I'll get electrocuted trying to clear this grate during a lightning storm. The alternative to risking death is letter my garage flood, which also seems unpleasant. Thanks!
