Other: One of Duke/Xfinity lineman trucks was doing work along E. Winslow Rd in Bloomington IN. The truck left many ruts in the setback grass that need repair. Also, cut cable pieces were left on the ground/sidewalk. Both of these issues need to be resolved. Thank you
