Other: Whitehall plaza seems to be extremely hard pruning their trees. Does this site even have all the trees in place required when they built years ago? They’re removing all shade and growth. This shouldn’t be okay.

Most of Whitehall plaza is private and within the county. N Gates dr and Runkle way are about the only city owned/maintained streets. I'll give it a look over this week.
