Other: I am an elderly individual who relies on a cart to access the course. On multiple occasions, I—and others with mobility or disability-related needs—have been turned away when requesting a spectator cart at events held at Cascades Golf Course. Many of us travel significant distances to support our grandsons and granddaughters, only to arrive and be told that no carts are available, with little more than an apology offered. As a public, municipally operated facility, this raises serious concerns about access for individuals who cannot reasonably walk the course. If these issues are not addressed, I will be pursuing a formal complaint based on accessibility concerns and will be consulting with legal counsel regarding next steps. I would strongly encourage this matter to be reviewed and resolved promptly.
