Other: As a result of AT&Ts recent fiber optics installation, there are two large sink wholes next to the sidewalk between my address and my neigbor's. I called Austin Voorheis who did the installation for AT&T, but he has not come to fill in the openings. Photo's attached. This is really dangerous.
