Other: Black flakes in my water that leave a greasy residue. I last reported this issue on March 16, 2026.
The issue is not consistent but seems to pop up randomly which makes it a threat as it is easy not to notice when I am potentially showering with it, washing with it, and even drinking it.
Photo shows the black residue left after filling my bathtub with water only. Quarter for scale.
