Other: I have volunteered for the Adopt- A-Drain program for the past three years. My assigned drains are at the Rockport and W Pinehurst Dr and W Pinehurst Dr. and S Southern Pines Ct. I have been cleaning asphalt from the drains for quite some time. It seems to be getting worse. The chunks have been large and small. The streets have been deteriorating for some time now. The rabid deterioration is noticeable to the casual observer. I would appreciate if you would take a look at this area and perform your magic. Thank you very much for the work you do.
