Potholes, Other Street Repair:

Other: The south crosswalk at this intersection near The Chocolate Moose had a large gap from concrete separation or pothole-like damage. My 62-year-old mother fell hard because her foot hit it. It is an unsafe surface for a crosswalk and can hurt people. Could especially be a problem if someone is quickly crossing without the walk signal on and trips in front of oncoming traffic. Please fix it.

Service Request# 4604 was created to investigate this issue again. City of Bloomington Utilities has looked at this area before (early May) and did not find anything wrong with our utilities, but will give it another look. James, We looked at this and the concrete is cracked and heaving. Can CBU check for a possible storm sewer issue?
