Other: There is a half-fallen-down branch in the tree plot in front of 212 E. 2nd Street. The leafy branches of that still-connected branch make it hard for cars to have good visibility when making left-hand turns from S. Lincoln onto 2nd Street. That branch needs to be removed before there is an accident.
