Other: next to the tow lot on West 10th at N. Summitt is an opportunity for a pedestrian path down to the B-Line Trail. Likely the best thing would be a combination stair and ramp, with appropriate amounts of retaining structure as the hillside is being weakened by erosion, causing trees to fall.
