Other: Lights @ 2nd & Patterson - The turn signal for northbound traffic always cycles whether anybody there or not. So, if you are traveling southbound and get to the signal to activate it and are the only vehicle there wanting to continue southbound you have to wait until the northbound lights w/turn signal cycles and you finally go green. This has been happening for the past few weeks, early morning (before 6am).
