Other: Between the roundabout at Rogers/Sare, on the north side of the street there are several places where the home owners aren't mowing between their back fence and the road. This is very unfair to those of us that do it or pay to have this done. Please look into this. It's my understanding that the home owners are responsible. Thank you!
