Other: There is a longstanding and ongoing drainage issue affecting the area in front of 3504 and 3505 S Westminster Way in Bloomington, IN. Every time it rains, significant flooding occurs on our street, making it unsafe for residents to leave their homes and hazardous for vehicles attempting to pass through the area. On previous occasions we cad cases of drivers have become stranded in the large pool of water that forms directly in front of these properties. This persistent flooding presents a serious public safety concern for both residents and motorists. In addition, we are living with the constant fear that continued inadequate drainage may eventually result in flooding damage to our properties. Despite the recurring nature of this problem, the existing street drains have not been properly cleared or improved, and additional drainage infrastructure appears necessary to address the issue effectively. We respectfully request that the City take immediate action to investigate and resolve this matter as soon as possible.
