Thank you for taking the time to let us know of your concerns. We understand that certain plants, [like bamboo], can feel unwelcome. Our current enforcement priorities focus on broader property conditions—such as yards that are unsafe, significantly overgrown, or otherwise affecting neighborhood health. HAND does not have the capacity to enforce the removal of specific invasive plants on private property. These issues are best resolved directly between neighbors whenever possible.
