Short answer: we're aware and it's being replaced. Long answer: That particular carousel has been a challenge. It is non-functioning at the moment. Staff engaged the break so it doesn't spin to keep people from the risk of a non-functioning feature. We have plans for a new accessible carousel (different design). We're hoping to have that installed by the fall (sorry, government does not work fast). Staff keep putting signs up on the current carousel letting people know it's not working, but I'm told the signs keep disappearing. Hsiung Marler
