Other: Behind our house (to the west) is the Kinser Ridge development. After their work moving around dirt last week (they started on Monday 5/18) and then the resulting rain has inundated the silt fence and it is no longer standing and rainwater mixed with silt pours over when it rains. The worst was Wednesday 5/20 where the silt poured down our driveway, flooded our garage and left 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch of silt in many parts of our driveway once the rain stopped. There has been no change in the silt fence despite my husband (Tom Grano) reporting to the city in multiple departments and speaking with the foreman of the development. Today (5/26) the development is once again moving around dirt in that area. The silt fence needs to be repaired and a more permanent solution needs to be found as soon as possible especially with high probability of rain the next week days. Our house is not the only property that has been impacted as the west lane of Kinser Pike flooded on Wednesday 5/20 and the silt could be seen as far down as Bayles.
