I understand the frustration with having to wait through multiple signal cycles, especially when traffic patterns are changed by a detour. This request came in during a temporary traffic pattern related to the Rogers Street detour, and conditions in the area have since changed. For that reason, we are not planning to make a timing change based on that temporary condition at this time. I also appreciate the feedback. Even when it comes in critically, it helps us see where our temporary traffic control and signal timing may need closer attention.
