Other: The left turn signal on eastbound Winslow to turn north into Walnut is way too short. It's allowing 2-3 vehicles maximum per green arrow. It took 3 light cycles for me to get through. This arrow used to be longer before the detour on Rogers. Classic City of Bloomington government to push all of Rogers traffic into this turn lane as the detour and not get the lights working with the increase in traffic flow. Go check it out please!
