Other: Along the northern property line of 2520 N Fritz Drive a serious flooding problem occurs each time there is heavy rainfall. Flooding occurs in my back yard. I have taken videos of this problem. The rainfall from North Dunn Street cascades westward down onto the property behind my home. That business has a large parking lot. That allows water from Dunn Street to run onto my property. If the trees are removed and a street is added on the property at 2511 N Dunn Street, the problem that now exists for my back yard will increasingly become worse. I have added several loads of topsoil to the back yard due to erosion and to protect the home's foundation. At the front of my property, I also have flooding issues. Fritz Drive has a download slope towards N Walnut Street. Floodwaters run into my driveway and erode that area. I have had landscapers add several loads of topsoil and install drainage pipes to relieve some of the water issues. These floodwaters from North Dunn into our neighborhood are channeled westward beneath North Walnut into Cascades Park. There are issues of pollution with these floodwaters. Health issues should be considered for our community members.
