Other: On going and unaddressed mold. Crack in the threshold wall resulting in water damage leading into the home. Rental property has not done anything to assist or repair the issue. Personal property is damaged and black mold is persisting under the sink in the kitchen and presumably under the carpet that remains soaked at all time.
