closed: Can't Fix #211159

Sewer Problems (Storm Sewers):

Other: We live on a piece of property of about 5 acres roughly that are surrounded by neighborhoods that gives us approximately 19 neighbors. We understand water flow is inevitable through our property, but there’s two retention ponds for water on the two opposite sides coming from the same neighborhood that do not hold water and they completely drain through our property. The other issue we have is multiple neighbors have their sump pumps pipe that drains their water within a foot or so of our property draining into our property as well since we have bought this property it has gotten worse and the people around us on the other sides. Say it began after they finish building as the water retention ponds never worked properly.
