Other: Here's an idea: how about we move the jail complex to the current location of the B'ton transit center and we move the transit center to half of the North Park location. The bums who get early release for drugs / theft / violence are near Shalom / Wheeler / B-line where they are at home, and the buses are safely away from theft / vandalism of south Walnut B-line. Win-win, and we don't need to develop another $7 million park to house addicts.
