Other: At the Relato. Entire multi use path is blocked again with no warning and almost certainly no permit. This is dangerous, especially for bikers coming down the hill. Per ureport #209421 response from Kyle Baugh, further incidents will result in a notice of violation being issued. The pattern must be broken, hopefully the violation does that.
