Other: Homegoods is double-stacking their shopping carts and making the sidewalk not accessible. Can't safely go to the left of the post because of the ramp, the right of the post is too narrow for be accessible

The aisle way has to be 36" and it was 38". Did ask them to consider moving the carts to make it easier, but there was no obvious place to put them.
