Other: Hello- The drain in our cul de sac regularly is clogged and I've written about this before. The pipe which runs from the drain to the city easement drainage creek, runs through our back yard. The city sent out a crew several years ago and Phil Peden emailed with pictures saying there were multiple breaches as someone (before we moved here in 2011) connected to the pipe with gutter discharges or something. He said it was our responsibility to fix the pipe, but since it deals with city water using our property, I was hoping the city could help us. We have regularly had water in our basement since moving here and have spent thousands of dollars drying it. The whole water from the neighborhood comes towards us, as well as the golf course water down the service road in our backyard. Our neighbors' yard along creek is overwhelmed with water as well.
