Other: Right hand turn lane from Gifford onto curry. Cars are stopping for curry red light after turning right onto Curry from Gifford, forcing the turn lane traffic to stop on the tracks. There needs to be a sign preventing the turn lane from stopping at the intersecting red light. The same can be applied for traffic heading south on curry, crossing the tracks. Traffic will try and beat the red light and get stopped at the 3rd stoplight, completely blocking Gifford right hand turn lane from going anywhere when they get the green light.
