open #211414

Unsafe Buildings:

Other: I'd like to request a Code Enforcement inspection of the property on Kendall Road where the trailer explosion occurred last summer. The damaged structure remains boarded up approximately one year later. Since then, the property appears to be used for long-term outdoor storage, including a large trailer and other oversized items. The lot increasingly resembles a storage yard rather than a residential property. Given the condition of the boarded structure, the continued presence of the large trailer, and the ongoing outdoor storage of large items, I am requesting that the City determine whether the property complies with applicable property maintenance, nuisance, and residential zoning requirements. If the trailer and other stored items are permitted, I would appreciate clarification as to how this use complies with residential zoning standards.
