Blocked Sidewalk:

Other: I live in the city housing along E Miller and have to travel in my wheelchair on the sidewalk going west. The driveway/entrance to. 800 E Miller is so damaged it is causing my wheelchair to get stuck which is not safe for me and damaging my chair.
