Other: W 3rd St between Jackson St and Walker St is one way, with traffic flowing east to west. There are directional One Way signs when turning on to 3rd St, but there are no Do Not Enter/Wrong Way signs for traffic moving in the wrong direction. This results in frequent traffic moving in the wrong direction, which creates safety hazards. Please install Do Not Enter/Wrong Way signs on the back of existing signage. Thank you.
