Other: The utility work along the Hinkle-Garton Farmsetead has routinely left gaping holes with little warning or no protection. Despite the lack of sidewalk, pedestrians still use this side of the road. This has been a broken leg waiting to happen. I have photos of 5-6 places over the last several weeks where this has happened
