Other: The storm grate on the south end of the cul-de-sac becomes obstructed by debris every time it rains. It requires my neighbor or myself to wade into storm water and clear the drain. This occurs even when the drain is completely clear prior to the rain and it happens very rapidly. The water then floods the cul-de-sac, sidewalks and backs up into our driveways. I'm not certain what the options are but if there is a different style of grate, it is definitely warranted at this location. Thank you.
