The project manager for the 115 Kirkwood construction project and Duke Energy’s Government and Community Relations Manager have both been notified. They were advised that coordination with affected residents must occur before any closures that could impact access are implemented. The City cannot and will not authorize a contractor to prevent residents from entering or leaving their homes. We have directed the responsible parties to ensure that safe access to your apartment is maintained throughout the project. We apologize for the disruption and lack of advance communication.
