Other: At the intersection of walnut and sr 45/46 the stop light going north and south on walnut only allows for 3 cars to get through. Just now I was the 4th car back and I did not make it to the intersection before the light turned yellow. Last week I was the 2nd car back and the light turned yellow before I exited the intersection. This is especially frustrating considering the light going east and west stays green for a significant amount of time. I think this should be a simple fix to make the walnut light green for longer and would save citizens a significant amount of perril.
