Animal Control & Neglected Pets:

Other: A family pet, basset hound, was left outside today with no water nor shade and she is now passed away at the end of her chain with a towel placed over her. This has happened several times in the past with the animal left outside, no shade, no water in heat waves and i have had to put water out for the dog. This time unfortunately it turned out absolutely heart breaking. I did not know of the situation until after the baby was already deceased.
