Other: The entrance to the alley next to 516 S Highland Ave has been eroded by heavy rain and there is a deep gouge that makes it dangerous especially for my small car. You have added gravel in the past, but the rain just washes the gravel away. Is there someone who can come and take a look and come up with a solution that won't wash away? Thank you.
