Other: Since Rogers St. is closed between 3rd and 2nd St. please consider closing the left turn lane approaching the intersection the 3rd and Rogers St. from the east. Drivers of vehicles are uncertain how to safely proceed when cars are in all three lanes since they are unable to make a left turn. Thank you for your consideration of this request.
