Parking Permits:

Other: Does the Parking Department limit how many parking passes in total are issued in a given area? Meaning, do they take into account the *actual* number of parking spots available on the streets? This is becoming an issue because of all the buildings that are going up that have either limited or no on-site parking, and the streets are already full of cars. Where is everybody going to park if there is no limit on the number of parking passes issued?
