Other: Downtown near Uptown there are unhoused people walking around in state of disarray, they leave trash and bodily fluids/matter downtown. There is trash in the planters on the street corners. It doesn't feel safe to be downtown. On the weekends and at night it is worse particularly during the summer. There should be a way to have compassionate policies and feeling safe at the same time. Mayor Thomson needs to do a better job of addressing these issues. It doesn't feel like a safe place and downtown needs to be cleaned up of all refuse. Thank you.
