Other: I have been hiking the South Shore Trail at Griffy lately and I have become lost more than once. I appreciate the maps on posts, but they are missing a crucial element: a red dot showing where on the map one is. Signs pointing to certain trails would also be helpful. The most confusing place is where the Meadow Wood trails and Griffy loop trail is.

Hello, thank you for your report. Staff are working to replace the "you are here" markers on the trail maps at Griffy. Visitors can also access information about parks and trails easily from their mobile devices using the OuterSpatial app. This mobile application is free and available for both Apple and Android mobile devices. The app includes offline mapping and navigation - and access continues even without a cell phone signal. Thanks for the report. The signs all did have these dots at one point but it's possible they've been worn away or tampered with.
