Other: Case #210393 needs to be reopened. Duke was putting ruts back in the same spot that was repaired and growing well. I went out and took some pictures of the damage done(attached). Duke was there on June 16th inspecting a telephone pole. Then on the 17th, parked a work truck there creating new ruts. If this is going to be a pattern by Duke, maybe they need to install concrete pads on both side of the telephone pole for the trucks to park on... I have reached out to the same group at Duke for remediation. The recent storms may delay restoration, but someone will be out to address this soon. I anlso appreciate the suggestion on increasing the durability of this tree plot.
